Where does
POSITIVE ATTITUDE
come from?
So Where does Positive Attitude Come from? The Answer is simple! I am not going to go on and on and on and try to explain to you where Positive Attitude comes from... this isn’t ‘The Secret’... Because there is definitely no Secret here... I am going to flat out tell you right now in the next sentence... “Positive Attitude comes from within.”
It has been said by many people, many times, over many many years, and I am sure you have heard that “Positive Attitude has nothing to do with what happens to you, but it has everything to do with how you react and what you do with what happens to you!” (I thought I would give you a nice, and usually needed for myself, reMINDder...).
Basically, and again, to keep this simple, Positive Attitude comes from our ability to process thoughts in a ‘positive’ way... After all, the definition of Attitude is simply “The way that we dedicate ourselves to the way that we think.” ...and I will add to the end of that definition; ‘Positively’ or ‘Negatively’. So by focusing, concentrating, and processing our thoughts in a ‘Positive’ way versus a negative way, regardless of the situation or circumstance, makes all the difference in the world!

Now, here is the ‘ugly truth’ as they say; The above, though it sounds so simple, is never... and I will say it again, “NEVER” 100%. What I mean is exactly what I said... No matter how Positive you think you are, and in spite of your efforts and determination to be ‘Positive‘ at every instant of every moment, the bottom line is that you are going to have ‘Highs‘ and you are going to have ‘Lows‘ based on your thought process and your vulnerability to others. Have you ever watched the news? Have you ever had to sit and listen to your friend bitch and complain about issues in their life? Have you ever heard music with negative lyrics? Have you ever seen a dramatic reality show on MTV or VH1? If you can answer yes to at least one of those things, (and there are many, many others to list... and that list of negative situations, people, things, and circumstances doesn't every really end! I am sure you have already thought of a few other negatives to add!), then you are putting yourself in alignment with negative energies and these negative energies will control your attitude thus controlling your whole life and handicapping you and disabling you from the power, the Joy and the Abundance of a 'FIT' MIND and a "Positive Attitude"!

Anyway, so here is the Great News! Remember all of those negative things i just talked about and listed above... well... The more aware you become of how your attitude effects you, and the more that you work, focus, and concentrate all of your efforts on your attitude being positive, the less vulnerable you become to that negative aspect of it!

Now, to me, here is the most interesting part of ‘Attitude’. In an “instant” (literally), only applies to the ‘negative’ part of attitude! You see, someone can literally make you angry (Negative) in a split-second, but it can take years of hard work and practice to achieve the ‘Positive’...
So here is the BOTTOM LINE! Our ‘Positive Attitudes’ come from our own thought process’s combined with our own determination, hard work and focused habitual efforts to stay in “the right frame of mind”! It’s definitely not easy to get there, but it’s totally worth it once you do!

I will leave ya with this and now that we know and understand where ‘Positive Attitude’ comes from, we have to make sure we understand and always be reMINDed, wether that means reMINDing ourselves or reMINDing others, that;
ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING
and
ATTITUDE IS THE FOUNDATION FOR EVERYTHING!
