Three simple words..."CHANGE YOUR LIFE." So why is it that change is not that simple? Why is change the single hardest and most stressful thing that we humans go will through in life? Wether it’s getting a new job or moving to another city, wether it’s quitting a bad habit or deciding to lose weight and get ‘FIT’, change is stressful and change is hard! But we can change and we can grow and we CAN become the person we desire and deserve to be. We just have to plant the seed!

By ‘planting the seed’ I simply mean changing your philosophy. 'Re-Define' yourself! Who are you? What are you? Who and what you 'were' is not who and what you 'are'. When you plant a new seed you will develop a new Attitude! Your attitude will create new actions and your new actions will create new results. When you begin to have the results that are more in line with who you really are and who you desire to be, you will begin to see your whole life change. Your seed will become the perfect 'you' that you always dreamed of.

Do You Have A FIT MIND?

Do you Have A ~FIT MIND~?
So, What does it even mean to have a FIT MIND, and how do you know if you have one?

Well, having a FIT MIND can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. That's what is so great about the MIND in general! Our minds are very complex, yes, and when used properly, the energy that it can omit in to this vast universe can literally be powerful enough to create miracles, or more simply and realistically put for you, create the life that you have always imagined and only dreamed of! Having a FIT MIND means that you understand and are aware of 'your' personal power and how to use it! Having a FIT MIND means that you can prosper in which ever way you see possible for yourself. But remember, your body is the 'bio suit' that you have been given to use for your travels through this physical journey, so that's where I want you to focus your efforts when developing your FIT MIND first. If your body is 'healthy' you will 'feel' good, and when you 'feel' good you begin to open your mind up to all of it's positive energy and wanders. (Having a healthy body is not a must, but it makes your journey much much easier and enJOYable!)

- "YOU BECOME YOUR THOUGHTS!" Grasping and understanding this powerful sentence is when you begin to change your world that you currently live in. So, again, the question remains, how do you know if you already have a FIT MIND?
Simple... Do you really, honestly, believe that "YOU BECOME YOUR THOUGHTS"?
Do you believe that you become the visions that you have about life and about yourself in which you hold about yourself in your MIND?
Do you practice this? If the answer is 'no'... then YOUR MIND NEEDS TRAINED!

Let's take your health and FITness for instance. I am going to ask you a few questions, if you can answer yes to any of these questions you need to TRAIN YOUR MIND to start to view yourself differently!
1.) Do you feel fat?
2.) Do you feel too tired to get up and go exercise right now?
3.) Do You feel weak?
4.) Do you always eat unhealthy food?
5.) Do You Desire to be Healthier or more FIT than you are at your present state of being?

Again, if you answered YES to any, most of, or all of these questions, then you need to re-TRAIN YOUR MIND . Here's the deal, who you are right now at your present state is not who you 'are'... It's ho you 'were'... let me explain;
You are NOT FAT. You 'were' fat...
You are NOT TOO TIRED, you 'were' to tired...
You are NOT WEAK, you 'were' weak...
You DO NOT EAT UNHEALTHY FOOD, you only used to eat unhealthy food...
You are not UNHEALTHY, you 'were' unhealthy...

You see, 'who you ARE' right NOW, is NOT who you 'were' a year ago, a month ago, a week ago, a day ago, five minutes ago, or even a second ago! You are changing always and in all-ways from who you were to who you are now and it's all based on your current thought of yourself and life. Therefore, "YOU BECOME YOUR THOUGHTS" that you are having RIGHT NOW and then who you WERE is gone forever! Start to visualize yourself as 'who you desire to be'. Weather we are talking FITness and Health or money or a relationship or whatever is is you desire! Only THINK of what and who you desire to be, not who you were and what you don't want to be!

Summery... You can BE whatever you want, you can HAVE whatever you want, you can DO whatever you want, as long as your thoughts about those things align with your beliefs about them! You can never have what you want if you don't believe you can have it... remeber that it's your dominant or "sponsoring" thought that wins this battle! So, from now on, only see yourself as you wish and desire to be. The next time you FEEL unhealthy, STOP, and realize that's not WHO YOU ARE and with a change of a thought, you can begin to see your self as healthy and your world begins to change!
